ANZAC DAY

THIS IS A SHARING PAGE FOR YOU TO SHARE WHAT YOUR FAMILY DO ON ANZAC DAY.

Miss Latto
On ANZAC day, I go to a dawn parade if I can at the Auckland Domain or Stockade Hill in Howick. If I cannot make a ceremony I will light a candle and think about what this day means to me as a New Zealander.

Rebecca,
On ANZAC day my family don't do much apart from wearing our poppies and having 1 minute of silence.
Thanks Rebecca, you could rephrase this as:
On ANZAC day my family wear our poppies and observe one minute of silence. :-)

Kim,
On ANZAC day my family wear poppies and watch some of the services on television.

Sam
On Anzac we usually wear poppies but we don't observe one minute of silence. This year I'm trying to make some Anzac biscuits to chow on this year. We might watch the news about Anzac if there is any.

Jethro,
Last year my family and I went and watched my brother in the ANZAC parade when he was a cub on Stockade Hill, Howick. We also were poppies for a while. :-P :-D

Kate,
Normally I have a aerobics competitons, but my brother walks in the parade and we wear poppies for awhile
